Title: The role of deliberate practice in the acquisition of expert perfomance
The report suggests that anyone really can be an expert on everything, it’s all about practice. And it does show some interesting facts on how the best violinists practice way more than average.
I personally think that they are dead on. I also believe in starting early and to not get the wrong habits, like watching to much TV, partying to much, lack of discipline etc.
